The clear implication of his statement is that McDaniel going to "lowly" SJSU clearly demonstrates to him that he was not od the ultra elite level status recruit that we have all become accustomed to during our program's sustained period of dominance over the past 25 years. Him going to SJSU, rather than being a likely wise professional decision appears to have shown Born2BBruin that he just didn't belong at an elite program like UCLA. Nevermind the fact that a signficant portion of our roster is now comprised of transfers from programs at similar levels to that of SJSU.
