Neuheisel was worse as a coach, but he left more talent for Mora than Dorrell left for him.
Toledo left Dorrell two pretty good QB's. Neuheisel left Mora with one very good one. Mora at least left Chip with a committed DTR. Dorrell left nothing at QB.
But Neuheisel was worse, because he had not one good season (Dorrell went 10-2), never beat sc (Dorrell did, a big one), and got us stomped by double digits on a regular basis. From a results standpoint, it's not even close.
