He was trying to instill the concept that there is no I in team. But these guys were too immature, insecure, and egotistical to accept his coaching. And they resorted to the race card like you are doing. There were many black players who didn't have a problem, it was these guys whose ego's wouldn't allow them to be treated like everyone else. They wanted special treatment. These guys will learn as they grow up and mature. You will too.
