When I was younger, I would go for whatever new job I can get to maximize my earnings. As I get older, I start to realize work-life balance is a real thing and some salary just aren't worth the stress. Especially now I am in a position where I don't need to maximize income to live a good life. We know Chip hates recruiting and kissing up to donors. We know he enjoys coaching and play-calling. The OSU OC job sounds like a perfect position for him to work the next 10 years as long as Ryan Day doesn't leave.
