There is precedent for such “perks” ,
For example, idiot Guerero paid Steve Alford’s $80,000+ buy-out penalty to NM, as an additional “signing bonus” above his already excessive contract price. The money would have been better spent vetting Alford’s nefarious history as a rapist enabler at Iowa, (which seemingly took him completely by surprise when posited at Alford’s disastrous introductory presser).
