You’re kidding right? He took over a 2-14 team and won 9 games his first year. Second year playoffs. He also won 11 games and 10 games and 9 games. He was fired with a winning record. He won his division 4 of the 6 years he coached the entire season. That’s 4 playoff appearances is 6 years after inherits a 2-14 team.
