EB’s stock really fell. He was a mediocre to poor OC this year. He didn’t develop Howell at all and the schemes were blah. There was also a lot of grumbling last year that EB was too old school wrt his players.
He’s clearly not getting a NFL HC opportunity and now he is about to be shut out almost entirely. There is something off with him that has turned off o er a dozen NFL owners.
Since Chip has no landing spot, we’re struck with him for another year. There will be more and better options next year than EB.
