Belichick is a tough sell to any front office

As a GM, hiring Belichick is akin to ordering ones own castration. As an owner it means handing over the keys to your car and not getting to keep a spare. For others within the organization who the GM and Owner may have longstanding relationships with, it means they are going to be looking for jobs.
