That ACC deal is going to cost **US**, not Cal. We're the ones they will force to cover their additional costs.

And while the pandemic was a huge hit, the real reason we're in trouble is because of Under Armor bailing on the contract. I think we probably ended up about $100m down over the duration of the rest of the contract after that.
