So someone would have REALLY want him, and think he brings something to the table that nobody else does.

FWIW, Chip's offensive schemes and routes seem better suited to the NFL, with unlimited practice time (except for 24 hours in a day), than college.

But I question whether he has more to offer than other OC candidates these days.

Seems like an agent plant to me.
