I've only seen one person's little markup on how he thought a stadium would fit into Ucla's campus. There are so many factors that I didn't see him take into account. It's not just the stadium, but you have to factor things like concourse size surrounding a stadium, ingress/egress plans for people and cars, emergency vehicle access, semi truck access for teams and vendors, routes to freeway access including gameday police/traffic control, parking, county and city permits and getting the local and state government approval, power and infrastructure requirements, the overall cost of labor and materials to build the stadium including all the excavation around, and all the impact studies.

Is it possible to do? I guess so. Based on what I've experienced on a stadium project and what I've seen as possible proposals from individuals sure doesn't look very likely. It would really come down to Ucla hiring a group to design all that to get the process started.
