An injury (if the official feels they need assistance) is an official's T.O. If it happens in the last minute of the half, they would have a 10 second run off and then the official starts the clock otherwise it's off the snap of the ball. In this case, Texas didn't take the 10 second runoff penalty. Just an odd situation.
