It's nice to hear a former player's insights on the team. What's interesting is that he is a fan of Cronin and slightly more bullish on this team than many hear. Tracy Pierson also has a close relationship with Mick. I think it's important to acknowledge there is a side to him that many of us don't see. I've heard that many players really like and respect Mick, too.
