What we saw there was Cronin a little bit humbled. He knows he went too far. He knows he has to dial it back a bit. Let's see if it holds. I like that he apologized to everyone - the school, the fans, the donors, as well as Jamerson. That was right and proper.
Having said that, my wish for Saturday is to see the Bruins come out with some fire, some looseness, get up and down the floor, open things up, play hard, and have some fun. I think they have to come out with a sense of urgency and also a sense that they have nothing to lose. Just leave it all on the floor and let the chips fall where they may. I would also like to see Cronin have some fun as well. Of course I would like to see a win, but maybe more importantly perhaps is seeing the idea of a "team" playing together with singular purpose and focused fun.
