of ratings I don't get #13 for UCLA here when 3 of the 4 transfers for UCLA this season aren't even rated in the top 150 of all transfers according to 24/7Sports. Dent must carry a lot of weight, but it's hard to believe that he alone can be responsible for this high rating among all transfer classes. They must be taking into consideration Booker's potential as well. I wish I had that much confidence in his potential.
