Watching the news about UCLA. You should see all

trash and debris. There’s even spray painted vandalism. Hell it makes a homeless encampment look like Disneyland.

Obviously it’s going to cost a lot of money to clean it up and make repairs. I say a surcharge gets added to every student’s tuition to pay for it. If one doesn’t want to pay, then you have to find another institution to attend.
