As I said in my OP, unless they're screaming at me, I do let them

be.

But this thread, the news I just watched, and many of the worlds problems are in essence about religious war. The Muslims vs the Jews and the Christians that hate on the Muslims because they want to keep the holy land away from them before Jesus comes down and sends both the Muslims and the Jews to hell and on and on and on.

None of that comes close to letting me be. The tribes organize to support right-wing/fundamentalist/whatever BS here in the US and the middle east especially, but all around the world. None of that lets me be. Far from it. It's ruining the world (not the only thing that's ruining the world but it's a big contributor).

So complain about what's going on here all day long, but yeah, if you're outwardly religious, if you promote your tribe, it's clear to me you're contributing to the problem.

As for what they think about me, it's most certainly a central tenant of Christianity that those that believe go to heaven and those that have doubts go to hell. And unless the believers think they're God is a unjust one, they do in fact believe I deserve to go to hell. I don't know if Jews or Muslims or Hindus or whatever believe in this regard as I don't really care. What I do care about is how they derive power from their flock and the massive misery it all results in.

If that's the price for a pretty religious tapestry I can most definitely do without.

What would you say then is the reason somebody wears a cross on the outside of their shirt rather than the inside?
