This is pastor Loran Livingston of Central Church, Charlotte, NC. It is a selective 3-minute excerpt of a 51-minute sermon given on April 14, 2024. The title of the sermon is "How Far Behind Are You Following?" The topic is about the need to regularly read the Bible, pray, and follow Jesus. His point is that Christians who don't commit themselves to this discipline veer off-track into spiritual error.
The digression about mixing politics and religion begins about the 30:00 mark in the video of the complete sermon linked below. But no more than two minutes before that he takes aim at the LGBT community, and at pro-choice advocates. The politics thing is far from the central point of his sermon.
