… two MAGAs got onto the jury and refused to heed the evidence of guilt.

Pundits are calling this scenario “a win” for Trump. But, if it’s reported that 10 people found him guilty and 2 not, doesn’t that still potentially impact swing voters who don’t want to vote for a criminal. In other words, dues he actually have to be convicted for this sentiment to kick in? Or would a strong guilt lean by the jury be enough?
