I guess we'll find out but they sort of teased that they not only have Trump on tape talking about how to pay off McDougal and the others via Cohen, but they have stuff that effectively is an admission from him he had sex with Daniels.
So if they go into court with the defense it didn't happen, and there's proof it did, they're in trouble on that point.
From what i've been hearing, it doesn't even really matter to be honest if they did or didn't, the key is he paid her to keep quiet and it was done to cover up another illegal act which is the election campaign finance fraud part of it.
