in a new filing Comey's lawyers are calling out that Trump used the secret service to stalk Comey and that he went as far as demanding they surveil him around the clock the day after Comey's 8647 share online. That included them stalking Comey as he drove home with his wife from NC to DC, including a stop at the grave of their deceased son.
The Secret Service was giving frequent updates on Comey's activity, to "Air force 1", that is Trump had asked them to give him updates. Utter nonsense, if they had actually thought Comey was a threat they would have arrested him and they didn't. It even says they didn't consider Comey an "imminent threat" in any way. But Trump insisted the post was a threat and used his leverage as POTUS to get the service to stalk and follow him both electroncally and in person, they followed his vehicle.
