She was actually injured too but no idea how badly.
A cynic would suggest the car was in FSD and it wasn't initially reported because someone at Tesla was in contact with him basically saying if you don't report it was in FSD, it'll help you with authorities, and it will help us wink wink
But I have no information that's true beyond there were eye witnesses who said he wasn't steering so they assume it was in FSD
