ya, and there is soooooooo much more to all this, that I'm not going to discuss here, lest it be used against me on the football board, ffs :-).
But, just on the speeding thing - all the cameras, everywhere. "Speeding" is a baked in part of our culture. Unless it's a school zone, neighborhood street, or work zone, the speed limit is kind of the minimum. Are we going to make this gigantic cultural shift to being like Australia where no one goes a kph over the speed limit because cameras everywhere. Are we all going to be going 65 in the interstate when that's the speed limit?
Because it looks like when you drive on any well-traveled thoroughfare you're eligible for a ticket. You can get popped by a camera for exceeding the posted, or you can get popped by a policeman for impeding the flow of traffic.
But, this is the leasssssst of our concerns.
