What they do NOT tell you is literally the next thing is he says they want to take over key industries that's communism and Karl says "Trump is doing that to, and Maher says yep, on a level we've never seen before it's terrible."
He literally said because Trump can't run again he'd consider voting Republican, and Trump supporters think its' a flex. he HATES your guy.
I do think the Dems have issues, Amy Siskind who I follow is really beating the drum against Democratic Socialism she says Bernie probably cost us Maine with Platner and is trying to push a DSA candidate on Michigan. She's Jewish and I suspect lots of her opposition is based on their wanting to cut off aid to Israel because of Netanyahu who she opposes too. Definitely not a straight forward situation.
I think it comes down to Republicans are trying to do everything they can to distance themselves from Trump, and Dems are trying to remind people the reason Trump is so bad is Republicans aren't stopping him, and the main candidates, Rubio and Vance, are cozying up to him.
