Hitschler is a good DC. Our interior DL are nothing special, but he's getting what he can out of them. Our LB's and edge guys are actually pretty good. Our DB's have not been as good as I'd hoped but we'll see.
This staff's reputation for winning in the second half seems to be playing out at UCLA so far.
Sean Lewis might be a good coach because SDSU seems to have toughness, but it's weird because he's known as an Offense guy, yet this is the second year in a row his offense is not good.
Marcedes Lewis was the honorary captain. We could have used him, but I'd be very happy with just a Thomas Duarte or Moliki Matavao. That position looks pretty toothless in the passing game. I'd like to see Noah Fox Flores more. Again, that TE we lost to cal was a big loss.
