Guys who commit out of hs almost never get to play. They get portaled over, and the new guy who gets a bigger nil deal gets 1st team reps immediately without having to earn anything.
And the bulk of the guys on the team have no connection to Ucla. They're not taking classes or being part of the student body. As far as I can tell. The media don't give af about these guys as people, so we never learn about the people under the pads.
So yeah, I have no connection to these guys. I could just as easily follow Northwestern.
