It appears they've been trying to recruit over him, and his interest in UCLA reflects the fact that he has noticed.
If they make him their top priority, he's going there. We're only in the running because it's not clear how they really feel about him.
The problem with this guy is that he's a big stiff QB. Big guy with a big arm and questionable mobility.
