Acknowledge Foster's staff as old NFL castoffs from top to bottom and side to side, with two exceptions. Robert Thomas would've been a great local add, but his salary hit Jarmond's financial cutting room floor.
These are just from Kelly's first staff. There were 5, half the coaching staff: Derek Sage, DeShaun Foster (retained), Justin Frye, Jimmie Dougherty, Roy Manning.
