Yes, investing is going to be key, but the ~$10m doesn't solve the budget woes - don't pretend it does, especially with the hoops team crater this year.
That new B1G money is going to help, but we have a huge deficit, a lot of logistics to figure out, and the Regents eyeballing taking as much as they can to feed the ravening disaster which is Cal sports.
