Ucla was getting ready to enter into a year that has road games against LSU, Penn State, Nebraska, and Washington and not only did Chip Kelly not prepare by getting the depth of roster, he jumped ship well after the appropriate time to give Ucla a chance to build up a coaching staff. There are not any amount of excuses that could justify what Chip Kelly did. And I could give a rat's a** about a team in a following season when next season's schedule alone is enough to try to keep lunch down everyday.
