restrictions on NIL, if it stands, can the Ivy's/NCAA prohibit paying athletes? I didn't read the decision.

To me, for some reason, the most interesting aspect of all the shake ups is the effect of the ruling that they are employees. As I've said too many times, international athletes are in the US on a student visa. This visa's, per my understanding, prohibit you from working. To complete the circle, the NLRB in the Dartmouth case, says they are working. Not to cause anyone who might be reading this to panic, but, seems like most of our basketball team could be deported imminently. Which is obviously not going to happen. Someone is going to have to dig deep in their pocket and pull out some common sense and fix that. Or maybe the State Dept (are they in charge of INS?) will just continue as is, ignoring the issue.

To be clear, I'm not saying any of our players are at risk. Just wondering how they are going to fix that unintended anomaly.
