Agreed. It's a WIN- WIN-WIN, in fact

Chip Kelly laid the foundation and established the culture. The books & ball boy scouts work their butts off on the field, in the weight room, and in the classroom. They're not getting drunk after games and walking into traffic like they did in the mora era. That wasn't good enough for the broskis and been bolch, and they fanned the flames of discontent, cratering Ucla's nil fundraising for football. But chip landed on his feet. He's in a position to win an NC at tOSU, working with his protégé Ryan Day. Win #1

Win #2: Ucla and EB. Ucla is positioned to have the passing game go in a more nuanced, clever and tricky way. Chip believed, "we don't practice until we get it right. We practice until we can't get it wrong." So we saw a lot of Y-Cross and All Verts when Ucla was behind or in a long yardage situation. Um, dudes catch on. Chip ran the ball 100% of the time on 2nd and 10. Um... DUDES CATCH ON! I think that Ucla's o under eb will be...crazier... than what we saw under Chip. It will be messier. The play calls will be longer (instead of the play being "mesh", where everyone knows what to do on mesh, there will be more wco plays where every eligible's route will be called individually), leading to more delay of game penalties and burned time outs. More cases where the qb throws the ball to spot X, but the receiver runs to spot Y. "Miscommunication! They're not on the same page! The offense is too complex!" You know the drill. But the upside is that when things do click, they're explosive. Big plays in the passing game puts butts in the seats and creates some buzz. The deep strikes to JMS in the Gronk Bowl really helped Ucla as it goes into the offseason.

EB, as you mentioned, wins for a variety of reasons.

Win #3 is for the media. They have a bad guy to cheer against. EB is straight out of Central casting for them. Case in point:

"[Bieniemy is] a nope from me," Woods said. "He's not well-liked, and there's some history there. He wasn't a full-time play-caller until recently. Yes, he comes from the Andy Reid tree, but he wasn't until recently. The Commanders didn't retain him. I don't know. There'd be a lot of red flags there for me in the vetting process to get past. It doesn't seem like any NFL teams are getting past it. I would have concerns there if I was looking at him."

The broskis openly say "chip Kelly is a bad person" on the air. Just imagine what fun they'll have with Eric Bieniemy.
