The observation that this is "standard job hopping" belies a hypnotized mind, one willing to distort easily observed reality in order to conform with a predetermined, desired mental outcome. It's known as confirmation bias.
In this case, the desired mental outcome is "Ucla is great". When a fact contrary to that outcome is encountered, it is either ignored or distorted to fit the desired narrative. So, a three week job stint becomes thought of as "standard job hopping" when it's very clear that job hopping doesn't mean changing jobs every three weeks.
Only a mind hypnotized to accept the predetermined mental outcome, "Ucla is great" would act in this manner and produce this result.
