He calls himself "GM/Exec Director of Recruiting"
But his retweet from @UCLAFootball shows that Ucla only refers to him as "exec dir of recruiting".
Maybe he thought he had a bigger profile than Ucla thinks he has. Maybe Ucla said, "hey, you can't call yourself that, that's not your role."
And then Uscher said, "then this position isn't enough of a move up for me. I'm going elsewhere."
As of this post, his Twitter page still references Ucla.
