Paul Chryst who was the HC at Pitt and Wisconsin and is currently the Offensive Analyst at Texas. He was actually a great OC at Oregon State (when they had a Top 10 offense) and at Wisconsin (when they set school records in scoring @ 34+ pts per game in his 1st year when he was OC there) so he knows both Big 10 and Pac 12 landscape and seems to be a great OC as a playcaller and was pretty good at Wisconsin as HC as well with several Top 10 and Top 25 teams there. Plus he checks the mentor role box that Jarmond seems to want for DF.
