I think it's fairly clear that if you don't have an NIL program, then you're going to fall behind. And, I'd expect that there's a viscious circle aspect to it. The more you fall behind, the harder it is to muster enthusiasm.
Any coaching change seems to me to be a kind of inflection point.
It would be great if MoW was transparent, and we knew who was being paid what (if anything).
