Deon started his coaching career as a HC iat a HBCU, rhays FCS level. Fwiw, Deion was a head coach in high school. Foster doesn’t even have that. For the record, FCS is a bit different than Big 10 ball. Moreover, he’s Deion Fricking Sanders. You do notice that FSU didn’t hire him. He’s also Deion Sanders; amongst the most known football players (and baseball) in the history of the game.

I’m very skeptical of Foster being a rainmaker. I’ve yet to hear an agnostic source indicate he’s that guy. The only unbiased source I’ve heard is Biggins say he isn’t. Nobody is asserting that he’s a Rick Neuheisel type personality. I’d bet the opposite is true.
