You clearly have no business sense either. The AD debt is accounting. That’s all it is. Do you think ucla didn’t pay Chip or his staff or the food deliveries? Do you think ucla cut corners on the Med Achool or engineering school? AD gets a 0% “loan”. Why? For accounting statements. Go compare the economics as to how Kal and its AD works with UCLAs.
We are also getting 2x our 2023 revenue in 2024 from the Big 10. We are going from 30 something to 60-70 something. You don’t crater your biggest asset to save 4mm, which is about 6% of revenue for the upcoming year. You know the entire reason we are getting 2x our revenue in the first place.
