We can argue about the initial extension, and reasonable people can disagree, but thr second extension (3/3/23). Chips contract had no buyout and ran through 2025 season. Why extend him? Why? Why?
Some people think Jarmond wanted to fire Chip. If so why the extension? Did Jarmond not know Chip wanted out? Did he have no sense of what was going on wrt his most important position? Any way you slice it it’s chocolate cake with incompetence ganache.
