No matter how mediocre you are, you can work until you decide to retire if you're the Athletics Director because the chancellors (not just Block) are very slow to react.
I mean, which Athletics Director in the country can last long enough to fire / hire so many football and basketball coaches like Dan Guerrero or Pete Dalis?
