So it's presumably a placeholder gig until he finds a coordinator or head coach position. He comes in at the last minute, scraps together whatever offense he can on a short-window and with abysmal recruiting by Chip.
He looks like a hero, and either loves it here and stays 2-4 years or bolts after 1 year while raising his stock.
