Not in my worst nightmare could I imagine this outcome....Did we set out to hire the least qualified candidate? I was hesitatnt to hire a coordinator and we hired a positional coach who's never been anything more than a RB coach!!!!
I cant think of a head coach in college or pro who ever was a RB coach. Maybe Anthony Lynn was? Duce Staley is a comer in the NFL, but that's pretty much it.
