You can blame Jarmond or Chip but the issue is the coaching carousel has stopped. It’s too late in the process to have a competent coaching search. People have hired staff, recruiting just closed, it’s vacation time before spring practice, coaches, rightfully so, shouldn’t be leaving for other jobs.
Consequently, our pool of candidates is small. I think your white percentage is way off. I’d put him north for 50%, probably 65%. He’s gonna get the job because he probably wants it more than anyone else. I can’t imagine Foster gets the job. That’s almost inconceivable. From RB coach to HC seems fantastical.
My hope is there is someone else who we dont know about. These things only get leaked if someone wants them leaked. Maybe there is a stealth candidate. This is commonly referred to as grasping at straws.
