Im an IB, not a trader. We have more (not a lot) of job security than traders. They also make a lot more than we do (although Im not complaining). We do interview traders, but they dont fall within our P/L so unless someone has a MAJOR issue with a trader being hired, its more perfunctory. Traders rule the joint...
