I’m not a big leopard changing his spots type of guy, but Kiffin seems to have really changed and matured. The time under Saban and gettting excommunicated at the end seems to have made him a changed man. OTOH, we never really know. We know very little about any of these guys, except what they allow us to see.

I’m become a fan of his. He runs a really nice program at a place that doesn’t happen in the toughest division in the sport. He’s multi-dimensional meaning his offensive schemes have varied from run-based or pass dominant depending on his personnnel. He’s also been able to find the right guys to run his D. It was not a strength to becoming a relative strength. As we know it’s very hard to have a dominant D in today’s game. He’s a really, really, really good game day coach. His teams make astute and productive changes.

He’s really really good on social media and that’s a big plus in today’s day and age.
