the traditional growth from freshman to sophomore year is huge.
With a year of strength training, Aday can become a game changer. He's already incredibly skilled, with superb vision and passing ability.
His problem has been execution, due to his lack of strength. Add the strength and Aday becomes the type of C we don't see in college basketball: huge and skilled.
I think this is the right way, you have to keep minutes open for Aday.
