Whats your opinion on bull fighting? My and a friend was in discussion on this topic after seeing a little on TV. Please state your opinion on these two questions:
1) Is bull fighting a real sport?
2) Would you attend a live bull fight?
My opinion is a sport's participants must be on equal footing. That is they both have a equal and fair shot to win. In a bull fight its not equal. The bull is basically fooled by the matador to complete exhaustion. Then the poor animal ultimately meets his death by the matadors swords. The bull is not holding swords, but he does have his horns. I have seen the bull tear up a matador. Not a sport.
I would not attend a bull fight. Its animal cruelty.
I cant bear to watch the animal suffer.
