Many said she wasn't qualified for the head coaching position, she came to UCLA with a background in dance and was known as a "choreographer".
I read where many opposing coaches suggested she wasn't qualified for the UCLA head coaching position and got her job based on being a favorite of the athletic dept. I guess those so called experts are all eating dog poop right about now...
