Bruins rallied from down 8-4 going into the bottom
of the seventh to beat Nebraska, 9-8.
Once again, pitchers Terry and Cecil were (mediocre);
rescued by bats.
Terry gave up 4 runs (2 earned), walked 4 in 3 innings.
Cecil, 4 runs (3 earned), walked 3 in 3 innings.
Tinsley closed, got the W and pitched a 1-0 shutout
vs. Northwestern. Looks like she's Bruins' best. Maybe the
other two will improve. Bruins really need a reliable
No. 2 pitcher.
