Cal beat Stanford to make the finals of the Pac-12 Tournament
UCLA is playing USC in the "Contenders'" bracket final - the two top teams relegated to the losers' side of the draw to make the finals.
UCLA won the first two matches contested - the 2s (Peri Brennan and Abby Van Winkle) and the 4s (Jessie Smith and Marlie Monserez) both sweeping the Trojans in two sets. First sets were contested fairly closely but with the Bruins in control while both second sets were runaway victories for the Bruins - winning the #2s 21-9 and the 4s even more decisively 21-7.
The odd numbered pairs are out there now - UCLA leads 2-0; first to 3 wins takes the dual.
